"Greta Huuva perks up as she tells me how to make Torrköttsoppa (dried reindeer meat soup), her favorite food. We're sitting in Restaurang Samernas in Viddernas Hus in Jokkmokk, a village in sub-Arctic Sweden. Huuva and her family run the restaurant in collaboration with the Sami Education Center. I had already polished off two bowls of savory reindeer meat with bone and dumpling soup when I decided to find out who was working the kitchen."
