In West Jämtland where the road ends and Vålådalen Nature Reserve starts there is a small Sámi company called Nulltjärnsgården. Their house is a place to stay over, to eat traditional Sámi food and to listen to traditional knowledge from Sámi herdsman Reidar. Nature here might seem untouched and wild, but it is actually been graced by Sámi reindeer for many centuries.
Reidar and Kerstin offer accommodation and food experiences where Reidars family have lived for generations. Reidar is still an active herdsman in Handöldalsens Sámi Community.
