Living Environment Plan – Sápmi Experience
From a Sámi perspective, all issues are environmental issues. This is because the environment touches on all aspects of our lives and our surroundings. Environmental and sustainability planning in Sápmi Experience therefore comprises more than just the environmental and cultural aspects of a company’s business activities. The Living Environment Plan below is also in line with the Sámi Assembly’s Living Environment Programme. Sápmi Experience will contribute to a vibrant and sustainable Sámi living environment. Man and nature can rejuvenate themselves and develop sustainably over the long term. Both the natural and cultural environments in Sápmi will be perceived as enriching to the rest of the world.
Companies applying for the Sápmi Experience Quality Mark must have a Living Environment Plan that includes both a Destination Analysis and an Environmental Management Plan. Applicant companies can use the following templates to see what is especially important for the Sápmi Experience Quality Label.
